How do I block emails I don't want to receive anymore. I send them to junk and they show up again next day and forever.

If you are refering to spam emails they are very difficult to block. Spammers change content, sender, subject, etc. so that they bypass email rules. Some email servers have server level blocks that are more effective than client implemented blocks. Log into your email provider's server and check if they have any server level tools available for your use.
