Why are my live photos black in my album?

Why are my Live Photos recently saving as black? I can click on one and picture appears, but as soon a I let go its gone black again. I’ve plenty of phone storage and I’m current with my updates.

Photos icloud sync paused to save battery on iPhone 12 Just some background information. I never had this happen until iOS 16 update. I have a good internet connection. It does not happen on my iPad and I've restarted and looked at all the iCloud and battery settings. My photos are not syncing to iCloud and it says iCloud sync has paused to save battery.. even though I could be at 100% and it still happens. There's a "resume" option and after I tap that every time the sync starts and completes. I'll open up a ticket with Apple but the only resolution I can think of is either telling me about a setting that I'm missing (unlikely) or there is a bug.

iPhone Photos keep re-appearing after deleting Hello, My iphone storage is full and I try to free space with deleting videos and photos but iphone immediately return them back or they are restored after several days. I’ve tried with turning off Icloud photos but that didn’t help. Now i can not free space, but I would like to. Could someone know any solution for that? [Re-Titled by Moderator]
