Send button does not work on Instagram DM on Safari.

Send button does not work on Instagram DM on Safari... However, I can use this option on other web browsers on the same Mac. I use web browser for Instagram DM but nothing happens when I click on "send button". When I switch to the other web browsers, it works.

What can be the problem here?

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 12.0

Same the issue started yesterday, I have tried clearing cache data, clear history etc. But still the problem is there. On chrome it seems to work fine

for me send button didnot even work in chrome as well as firefox too , annoying
