Apple Tv 3rd generation Airplay fail and autentification fail

anyone solved the issues in Apple Tv 3rd Generation. Since i restore for Airplay failed; now dont work anymore, wifi is ok BT is ok... but the Airplay dont work, some guy post if put auntentification code with the password of your icloud on Apple tv then can work... but sorry let me tell you... dont work, other guy say win the app 3utool but not work only old iphones. sooooo... if any can solved please let me know.
