How to find a MacBook in Japan with an Arabic Keyboard? I live in Japan and it is not available on the local Apple store website.

Unfortunately the Japanese store only has a few keyboards besides Japanese: US, British, Chinese, Korean, and Spanish.
Normally the only way to get one would be to travel to a country where they are sold, get a friend who lives in such a country to send you one, or buy one from a non-apple source.
Apple store do not ship outside their own country.
