Hello. My payment for ICloud was declined this morning. My visa card was changed due to bank changes. They gave us the new cards, al dough everything was only transferred and I didn’t have problems until today.
They told me in my bank to chack with you, because there is not much that they could do.
On my phone, it is not possible to change the card, or update. It’s declining me in every way.
I tried to change the region and put my current place of living a nd put a card, but it is not letting me.
Could you please help me, I really need my cloud ☺️
