lost all my safari tabs after updating to IOS 15.2

We understand that the tabs you had open in Safari are not showing open any longer. 

Do you sync Safari with iCloud? If so, do those tabs appear on any other devices? 

Are you seeing anything in your Safari history that could help recall what was open and relaunch those tabs? Also, please be sure you’re not using Private Browsing. Turn Private Browsing on or off on your iPhone or iPod touch

I have the same. Updated my iPhone 11pro to 15.2 couple days ago. All tabs were OK for couple of days. I was having about 460 tabs. On the multi mini-tabs screen, I tapped and held the second to the last tab and wanted to move it to the last position. Some menu showed. Then all disappeared. I see the Recently Closed Tabs history when holding “+”. I synchronize Safari with cloud but I don’t have any other Apple devices.
