Eufy camera disappeared from Home after updating to IOS 15.2

Good day,

About a month ago I installed two Eufy 2 Pro camera's via Eufy HomeBridge. The camera's appeared in HomeKit and I could see live video and look back video on all my Apple devices.

Last monday, 13-12-2021, I installed IOS 15.2 on all of my devices (iphone,  TV and HomePods). After that the camera's have disappeared from my Home. I have not been able to get them back. By the way, the camera's still work perfect using the Eufy app. But are no longer visible in Home.

What I have tried:

  • Restart Eufy HomeBridge. No difference.
  • Disconnect camera's, reset camera's, re install camera's. No difference.
  • Stop HomeKit sharing in Eufy app and start HomeKit sharing again. No difference.
  • Add the Eufy HomeBridge with the camera and the QR-code on the HomeBridge. I than get a message that I have to setup this accessoire first. I have no clue what to do?
  • Make a new Home in HomeKit. Add HomeBridge by making photo of QR-code. Same message as above.
  • Shut down all HomePods and force HomeKit to use  TV as bridge. No difference.

I begin to think that this is a HomeKit problem and not a Eufy problem. But I do not know that. It looks like HomeKit recognizes that the Eufy HomeBridge is connected (therefor will not let me add it (again)) but is not capable of showing it. Because it is not shown I cannot remove it from HomeKit and re-add it.

Does anyone know a solution to my problem?

Regards.

Michel
