Is this related to High Sierra macOS 10.13 or does this relate to Big Sur macOS 11.4 as per your profile.
If the later of the two - Big Sur as per profile is out dated. The latest version is Big Sur 11.6.2 as of Monday Dec 13, 2021. It brings bug fixes and security update.
That may or may not help with your issue
