Close caption settings close captions have been changing for foreign language series between scene edits during an episode I have tried changing the on screen settings on the progress bar and I have tried to change settings inside the Apple TV 4G settings icon It use to work perfectly when english was spoken no close captions were used when a foreign language was used close captions would display an english translation caption. If English captions are not already in the Captions selections then you cannot add them. This is not an Apple issue, you need to contact the content provider(s) to ask them to add English.
