How to sort songs within a playlist on my iPhone (IOS 15.x)

I have playlists that have sync'd to my iPhone from iTunes on my iMac. On my iMac the order is exactly as they need to be for each song to work with the next in the list. On my iPhone (IOS 15.1), the songs in the corresponding playlists are not in the same order. I have read numerous questions/reponses on how to get the same order (e.g. Copy To Play Order). It does not work. So, worst case, I should be able to go into the playlist on my iPhone and manually order the songs, right? The only sort I see in playlists on the iPhone is to order the playlists. I want to order the songs within the playlist. The ellipse (...) in the upper right corner does not offer a sort or move option. How do I manually rearrange songs within a playlist on my iPhone (iOS 15.x)?
