iPhone 13 pro issues

So I just purchased the iPhone 13 pro. I was so excited cause I was upgrading from a iPhone 8 Plus. I have had numerous people complain I cut in and out while on speaker phone but not when holding my phone up to my ear. Also when I FaceTime my girlfriend who has a brand new iPhone 12 she says I’m constantly breaking up or no voice.

is this issue will all iPhone 13s? (Regular, pro, max) or is it just a batch of them?

I also think people on speaker phone sound quieter.

I ran through the trouble shooting with apple and they said to contact Verizon which blamed apple after they reset my network settings and changed my SIM card.

Does anyone else have the issue with notifications sounding quieter than previous models?

Verizon offered to exchange the phone but if it’s a software issue than that’s not going to work.

Did anyone get a replacement 13 (regular, pro, or max) and have the new phone work correctly?

What a disappointment for a $1000 phone.

does the iPhone 12 have these issues cause I may just go with that if it can’t be fixed. Not going to have a phone for 2-5 years and it not work right. I loved my 8 plus but it had seen better days.
