My phone is updated to the latest IOS & I haven’t been able to get into my screen time. It shows that I have no forgot password button & that I can’t access it. (picture below) What do i do & where can I go for help?

Do you Mean "Passcode"? If so, refer the following...
Hold it Right There!
Enter the passcode incorrectly too many times, and you'd likely be locked out for good. It would be the one you've always entered. If you do not know it, then look for it in a location you may have stored it in.
