Apple Macbook Charger!
Can I charge my Ipad pro with my MacBook air m1 Charger and do I have to switch the USB cable from MacBook one(thick one) to the Ipad one(not the thick one)? or Vice versa is there any kind of no to it?

I would use the appropriate charger that shipped with your device when new for best results...
if in doubt—Find the right power adapter and cable for your Mac notebook ...
