Dear all,
I've installed iCloud on a Windows 10 PC. Contrary to what is said in the documentation, photos deleted on my iPhone are also deleted in the iCloud Photos folder, despite 'Keep always on this device' is checked. What could be the reason for this?

If you delete a photo in iCloud, it will delete from your album on all connected devices. The "always keep on this device" checkbox prevents offloading content should you need space; it does not retain items that you otherwise delete.

To my opinion 'Keep always on this device' does not do then what it suggests. And the documentation could be more accurate.
