Apple Watch black screen

My watch is working and responding to my touch. The o oh problem is that the screen is blank, so I can’t see anything displayed in the screen…it is completely black. I have restarted and force restarted it, I have unpaired and paired it back to my iPhone. Nothing seems to be working. Please, what can I do to get it up and running again
