I followed the directions but now I can’t get them to reconnect. It’s no longer on my devices list for bluetooth. and when i try to find it on other devices it never pops up.

I had to reset my AirPods because one of the AirPods was not being detected and on the site I recommended to reset them and it said to forget them on bluetooth. I followed the directions and i guess they reset. they then said to reconnect them. it also have directions on how to reconnect them, but i can not find them on other devices on bluetooth. i’ve literally tried everything to try to find them on bluetooth, i restarted my phone, went on airplane mode, switched wi-fi’s. nothing is working and it’s upsetting because i was following the directions apple on the site gave me.
