According to Buy Apple TV 4K - Apple and Apple TV HD 32GB - Apple neither model comes with an ethernet cable.
They do have an ethernet port if you want to connect them to the internet via ethernet instead of Wi-Fi.
They come with Lightning to USB cables for use in charging the remote.
