Alarms not playing songs

After my recent visit to the genius bar my phone was factory reset and the songs that I have selected for my alarms had stopped working. I had gone onto the text message support and did all the troubleshooting steps with the person that was helping me and we could not resolve what was wrong with the alarms. Then I was connected with Apple support by the phone and the person helping me on the phone couldn’t figure it out so I was connected to an advisor who also could not figure out why the alarms stopped working. My main problem is that I do not want to reset my phone all over again if it means that my alarms will fix themselves. The strange thing about my alarms is that the song I select will play the demo so you know what sound your using. But when the alarm goes off the song won’t play. Only the default sounds work (I must say they are just horrible to wake up to).
