I would like to ask for a help. I can't change my Apple ID, I can't even reset the password or look for it by providing name and Apple ID. It always say Apple ID is not Active.
I barely need your help.

This is very helpful. However, I decided to factory reset my Mac so that I can log in using my iCloud ID from my phone. Thank you so much!
