Apple Watch Pay function not working

Hi, I have an apple watch 6 with OS 8.3v. Double clicking the side button does not bring up my credit cards, no matter what speed I double click at. Tried all the speed setting. Also holding in the side button does not bring up the power off option. The apply pay function was working until about 2 months ago but then stopped after a software update back then. On rare occasions it does work. Apple

pay works fine on my IPhone 13 Pro. Any one else having this issue?

I'm having the same issue -- I noticed it last week when I was trying to use the Watch (Series 6) to complete an Apple Pay transaction on my Mac. It connected, then the Watch brought up the card and indicated I should double-click but nothing happened.

I was hoping that the new Watch OS software update from yesterday would fix it... still nothing. The only Apple Pay option I'm seeing in the Watch settings is for the express transit. :/
