my airpods pro won’t charge

My airpods pro won’t charge. My case charges perfectly fine but when I put my pods in the case, they do not charge. I have cleaned them multiple times and tried to reset them but i have found that when I try to press the button on the back of the case, the white light does not come on. The light on the front does not show any light anymore. No green, no amber, no white. Please help.
