Dell s2722dc experiences?

does anybody already has experience with the dell s2722dc connected to a mac?

I have it. Overall works great. Speakers are really bad, disappointing.
With original dell type-c cable no problem, but mine mac cable doesn't works for display. I mean display do not show, but usb etc works. It is the interesting point. When you plug my mac usb-c cable only work for charging but you can with usb a ports to view hardrives or keyboard etc...
