How can I block website carousels / sliders from animating on my screen?

Hide menu bar in full screen only while watching videos but not on the other apps I know the feature of making the menu bar invisible or visible, I prefer using the menu bar visible all the time except when I am watching something on Safari on Netflix or so. But when I activate making the menu bar invisible on fullscreen, this also applies when I am researching Safari full screen. Is there a way to use apps full screen with the menu bar visible but invisible while playing videos?

Removal of app proposals Is there any way you could remove commonly used app proposals at the bottom of the screen? I always have three proposal to the right of the safari app. Can they all be removed or can I prevent certain apps from appearing there?

Thanks for asking. Actually, I am referring to carousels that websites often have at the top which may cycle through photos, etc., with no user controls to stop the constant and repetitive motion. (I would like to block ads from animating as well.)

Are you talking about the advertisements that come up on specific websites?
