Apple One Plan “Cannot Connect”

when i click on the apple one plan, it shows “Cannot Connect/ Retry”

I’ve view other thread where users with 2TB plans have issues, it seems to be solved, however, it’s still the case for me.

I’m on family sharing with 2TB and have maxed out the storage, would like to opt for the Apple One plan for the additional Storage + Features.

However, i just cannot connect to the links to the Apple One Plan.

Please help

Hello Anttuccino,

We see you're having issues with signing up for Apple One, and we'd like to help out.

First, try restarting the device, which may help with odd issues that come up: Restart your iPhone

If possible, try connecting to a different internet connection as well. For example, if you're using cellular data, try connecting to a strong Wi-Fi network. If already on Wi-Fi, try a different Wi-Fi network or cellular data.

If you have any other iOS or macOS devices, try signing up from there as well: Bundle Apple subscriptions with Apple One

Cheers.

i've tried restarting, changing wifi at 3 different locations, and also cellular data with 2 different sim cards. this was done on the iphone 13pro max, ipad pro, macbook pro..

I’m experiencing the same issue however I never installed this on my iPhone. Not to sound paranoid, however I do know who would want to be seeing/ reading/ watching all information about me.

This has been going on for quite some time.

If anyone has any type of advice regarding this (what feels like 100%) privacy invasion please respond.

very much appreciated
