I’ve view other thread where users with 2TB plans have issues, it seems to be solved, however, it’s still the case for me. I’m on family sharing with 2TB and have maxed out the storage, would like to opt for the Apple One plan for the additional Storage + Features. However, i just cannot connect to the links to the Apple One Plan.
i've tried restarting, changing wifi at 3 different locations, and also cellular data with 2 different sim cards. this was done on the iphone 13pro max, ipad pro, macbook pro..
