Unable to sync music with Finder

I am trying to sync music with Finder, but the 'Apply' button is grayed out and I can't apply the albums I want to sync to my iPhone

Can't add music to Library or download songs I cannot add music to my library or download songs -- they magically disappear almost instantly. I can hit the "+" icon next to a song or album, then the "cloud-arrow" icon to download said song or album, and it appears to initiate the download process, but then... it doesn't. It goes back to the "+" icon and does not add to my library or download. This issue is persistent across both my iPhone and iPad, both of which are on iOS 14.6 I tried cycling on and off the "sync library" feature, and now *none* of my library appears on my iPhone and it's stuck on the "syncing library" phase, but doesn't appear to be doing anything at all. Is there a maximum iCloud Music Library size? I realize that my Library is extremely large (~98,000 songs), so I'm concerned that perhaps it's an issue with approaching 100,000 songs? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Stop Music from erasing music on my phone when syncing Hi, even if I choose the manual sync option when transferring music to my phone, the app erases everything already there & replaces it with only the new item. How can I just add music to what's already there? It's ridiculous to be forced to re-download thousands of tracks when I only want to add something new. I tried Airdropping or emailing files to the phone but can't see how to then get them into the Music app. Is there a third party app I can get for the phone which will allow me to manipulate the music files?

Albums not syncing between iTunes and Apple Music I'm attempting to add an album to my Apple Music library via iTunes on my PC, which I have done multiple times successfully. Every time there is an issue, it usually shows me the dotted cloud or an exclamation point. This time, however, the album is uploaded into iTunes perfectly fine but does not sync to my Apple Music library. This began with not being able to get one song from the album to sync, so I deleted the album as a whole and tried to resync. Now, the entire album has disappeared from my phone's library while showing itself as Recently Added in my iTunes PC library. If anyone has an issue for this I would greatly, greatly appreciate it. It is very annoying and I am not able to listen to one of my favorite albums now. I have tried deleting the album and resyncing manually to no avail.
