Digital code not working

The official release date for the film is December 21st. It looks like some copies hit store shelves early. I preordered from Amazon and received my copy on the 18th, which was apparently a mistake. I expect the code will work on the 21st, which is the official release date.

Hmm… I’ve never tied redeeming a code via Apple TV, but I followed the path you mentioned and I certainly see the option. I just browsed to iTunes.com/redeem on my iPad, redeemed the code, and then confirmed the flick was then present on my Apple TV.

What is your country or region?

The VOD version may or may not be available in all countries just yet.

The code may have a validity from a certain date.

Did the product and code come with a link to a site for more promotion details/terms and conditions?

Apple is disrespecting all non-apple users. Had to use an apple product to redeem the code. Android products would not work at all.

I figured it out while on hold with apple. Had to use my old iPad Air and it worked. It sucks that I could not do it with my Samsung tab or phone, good one on me apple.

I tried the code again and used the caps lock instead of the shift key to get the caps and it worked...screwy way to do things!

Same issue. Chat with Apple Support was a pointless, frustrating waste of time. Basically I was told to contact the Studio or Producer of the movie and ask when the code would be available for redemption. Seriously? Lemme hop right on that and contact MGM/Universal. ~shakes head~

I have a android phone, and unable to download No time to die

I purchased the movie Dec 30,2021 and I am getting the code not valid message. WHAT GIVES?

I have my iTunes account linked to my Movies Anywhere account, why is this movie not showing up there? What is the point of having the accounts linked?

I am having the same issue. I bought it at Walmart and am in the US. Not sure why it wouldn't be available but since it's locked specifically to the Apple store I can't watch this movie on my devices. Granted, I can watch the disc but I usually watch things on my tablet during lunch so it's kind of an issue for me since the digital version is the one I wanted. Honestly I'm used to these movies either being attached to voodoo or movies anywheremove these anywhere I didn't even look until I went to go redeem and notice that it was the Apple TV (which I have so I thought it wouldn't be an issue). Hopefully this can be fixed?

Same here - got it from Amazon, and comes up with the message - This offer is not available yet - tried it yesterday and today. No joy.
