Hi I can’t download Shoppee Malaysia to my App. I understand and fully aware that my Country/Region is set to Brunei.
as everyone else, it should also be able to download the app to my phone, but this problem keeps popping up.

On the one hand you are right, because I can download that app here in Europe.
Do you use Screen Time?
Check -> Settings -> Screen Time -> Content & Privacy Restrictions -> Tunes & App Store Purchases.
The message is clear: the app is currently not available in your country or region.
So you can’t download the app.
