Photos exports
How do I export a whole Photos album as an album, not individual pictures, to my desktop, keeping all metadata?

An album is just a group of photos in a virtual folder. So create a folder on the Desktop with the same name as the album and export the photos to that folder. That will be the same as the album in the library.
