Maps

I accidentally deleted my maps application on my iphone 11 pro-max. How do i return it?

it only shows OPEN on the app and no refresh.

From what you’re saying, it looks like you’ve removed the Maps app from your Home Screen but you didn’t actually delete it.. it’s still in the App Library on your iPhone.

To restore the Maps app to your Home Screen:

Swipe left through your Home screens until you arrive at the App Library
Find the Maps app in the folder labeled “Other”
Long-press the Maps app and drag it to the desired Home Screen
