4-digit passcode but new phone wants 6

I lost my old iphone. The new one wants the old one's 6-digit passcode, but it only had a 4-digit passcode, which I do remember, but cannot now enter. So "some services are unavailable". What can I do?

Hi, Mario49. I tried using other devices, but then I get caught in a loop. They all end up asking for the 6-digit passcode of the original lost iPhone, which was only 4 digits long. In the meantime I have a new iMac and a new MacBook Air, and I use my apple ID on all of them, but that isn't enough – it's the original lost iPhone that they want.
