iCloud calendars not synching anymore

Since upgrading to the lates iOS and OS I'm getting this error message:

Your calendar couldn’t be refreshed.

Access to account “iCloud” is not permitted.

The server responded:

“403”

to operation CalDAVAccountRefreshQueueableOperation.

Any ideas?

@Katie - I spent an hour on the phone today with Apple Support and ended up being escalated three different times. In short, Apple acknowledges the issue and also indicated they recognized the "uptick in support forum activity" regarding calendar sharing/syncing.

I ended up sending a bunch of screenshots/videos directly to the Senior advisor I ended up working with. I suspect this seems to be something not necessarily account specific, but would suggest you contact Apple Support directly to ensure your specific account/issue is logged.

I called Apple almost a week ago. One day after the problem started. I’m also in contact with a Senior Adviser and had to send some screenshots to make it clear it happens on multiple devices, multiple MacOS versions and even on iCloud.com.

I would suggest everyone to call Apple directly as they don’t read/respond on this forum. We have to make clear this is a serious issue we’re having. Please don’t think “some people already called so I can just wait now”.

They need more tickets/bug reports in order to give this priority.
