iCloud calendars not synching anymore

Since upgrading to the lates iOS and OS I'm getting this error message:

Your calendar couldn’t be refreshed.

Access to account “iCloud” is not permitted.

The server responded:

“403”

to operation CalDAVAccountRefreshQueueableOperation.

Any ideas?

iCloud Calendar had stopped responding My Calendars weren't syncing, getting a "server error" message on devices, and new events "can't be stored on server" so I signed in to iCloud to check the calendar and get a "Stopped Responding" message and option to send error message to apple and no other clue. Reminders are working as expected. thoughts? suggestions?

Calendar can't access iCloud Hi, the calendar on my MacOS Monterey can't access iCloud since a month or two ago. I deleted the cache files in the calendars folder and the calendar preferences. I also turned the calendar sync on and off numerous times to no avail. This has been turning into a massive issue for me. This is what I have been seeing consistently. I am thankful for any help!
