Call forwarding deactivate

Does anyone know what setting erasure failed on all call forwarding mean? Checking to see if my calls are being forwarded

iPhone 13, iOS 15

Call forwarding is turned on even when i turn it off i have never done call forwarding but when i dail *#21# to check the call forwarding status it shows as in the image, but when i go to settings to turn off, the switch is not showing its showing the loading buffer, and when i dail ##002# to disable, it says erasure succeded but it's only succeded few times to erase, i also dail *#61# and *#62# to disable call forwarding it says disabled but if i check again after some time it shows as in the image, i don't know why it showing like this but i've never done call forwarding personally.

Call forwarding Hi when i open call forwarding in setting it automatically gets turn on and there is a number set. Is this a bug or virus?

Call forwarding setting When I check to see my call forward setting it just buffers I can view all of my other call settings. I need to know how to check my status or fix this issue, please.

Hi get in settings then Phone and check if that option it’s on if not so no worries you’d calls aren’t being forwarded
