Notes app on my iPhone 10

My notes app goes constantly blank if I happen to review a note and the only solution is to restart the phone and the problem is increasing. Does the apple have any bug fix for this annoying problem. It delays my work.

Have you updated your iPhone to the latest version of iOS: version 15.2?

Well, this is odd. Could you post a screenshot (without personal infos) of what you see when the Notes app goes blank? I'm not sure I understand what it means.
