exclamation mark on screen

My sister has given me her second-hand mac book pro as a gift. As soon as I formatted the device to customize it for my use, an exclamation mark appears on the screen while downloading the OS file. There is also a message "apple.com/support" "-2103F"

What's the problem and solution?
