Attempting to launch a ProMetric test

I'm attempting to start my Prometric test, but after launching the initial application, it doesn't allow the full takeover.

I'm on a MacBook Air with M1, 12.0.1

This is some of the error code I got:

The app crashed:

Termination Reason: Namespace SIGNAL, Code 11 Segmentation fault: 11

Specifically, it attempted to access an area of memory it is prohibited from accessing.

No one can fix that except its developer. Check for an update to that program, or contact them: Contact a third-party vendor - Apple Support.
