In the last day or two unread messages in individual mail accounts have stopped displaying when selecting All Inboxes in Apple Mail. They display properly in the individual mail accounts.
I have not (knowingly) changed mail preferences or had any software updates.
Google search has not found any similar problems.

<Dope slap> I just discovered I somehow turned on Filter by Unread. Deselecting that solved my problem.

Keep in mind, unless all accounts are IMAP you are going to have a delay on some accounts versus others. Look at the Window menu -> Activity to determine if there is a delay in any accounts.
Thanks, but if a message is in one of the accounts it should display in All Inboxes no matter what the age.
