iOS 15.2 update

Hello, I have been trying to update my iPhone 11 Pro Max to the latest software 15.2, but it’s not been successful.

it downloads but at the point of installing, it gives an error of “failed verification because you are no longer connected to the internet”. This is not true because I have a very stable internet connection and a friend updated hers with the same network. I have reset my network settings and all settings, nothing still. This is frustrating!! I will really appreciate if anyone can assist ? Thank you

Thanks for reaching out, busola27.

It sounds like you're having trouble updating your iPhone wirelessly. We can help.

Before we get started, keep in mind that if you are updating over a Wi-Fi network, and you have reset your iPhone's network settings, that erases any saved passwords for the network on the device. You may want to check to make sure the correct password is being used.

If you're still having trouble updating wirelessly, you can Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch manually using your computer:

"Learn how to update your device manually if you're using a Mac with macOS Catalina or later, or if you're using a Mac with macOS Mojave or earlier or a Windows PC."

Give that a try, and see if there is any improvement.

Take care.
