How to prevent my new MacBook pro from sleeping when on battery

Hello,

I just purchased the new 14" macbook pro and it comes with OS Monterey 12.1. I've noticed that the energy saver is not available anymore in the system preferences, and there's a new settings called Battery, but I can't find how to prevent the macbook from going to sleep when on battery, now my macbook goes to sleep if i leave it for few minutes. Is there a way to change this setting? This is very annoying and disappointing!
