I am trying to obtain a refund for a subscription I made by mistake

Hello, I am trying to obtain a refund for a subscription I made by mistake and have never used - Apple TV. Apple have very kindly refunded the Oct, Nov and Dec payments but when I try to click on the July, Aug and Sept items, that part of the refund page disappears downwards. Any ideas please?

Click on the link to 'See your purchase history in the App Store or iTunes Store' [mobile device, computer, or web] --> http://support.apple.com/HT204088

- iOS device or computer: If you want to see purchases that you made more than 90 days prior, "tap Last 90 Days, then select a different date range."
