Clock alarms disrupt video recording iphone 11 promax

I shoot nature videos with my iphones and often the recordings get interrupted by the preset clock alarms despite the fact that I have my phone on “do not disturb” when operating the camera. This is highly frustrating and makes me want to smash my phone when a rare animal, bird, insect etc is being recorded. Then the f’n alarm banner pops up and shuts down the recording!!???! Again how do I make it stop as I never know when I will get a unique/valuable sighting that may last just a few fleeting seconds? Thank you, matt
