as i purchased iphone 12

on (06/11/2021) through flipkart services,

and i had an issues on phone call so i can’t able to listen the people voice while connected in calls, i explained the issues and furnished the mobile to the service center in chennai more than an while, but the problem from the mobile is not rectified, so am requesting you as an enduser of your product , please rectify the product problem or replace the mobile!
