Hi, my Apple Watch malfunctioned while it was doing an OS update yesterday. All it showed is the red <!> sign. I erased i I watch but it still shows the <!> and won't go into the setup as a new watch screen when I press the side button
You need to send in the watch for a mail in repair as this page says;
