iPhone 13 Pro Max Yellowish Screen

Hello! I got my iPhone 13 Pro Max thru Globe Telecom and I’m not happy with the screen. It is yellowish and warmer even if the Night Shift and True Tone is turn off. I compared it with the other iPhones (old and same model) and it’s different. Is there anyone experiencing the same issue? Can I demand a replacement?
