Why does My Devices show "Iphone 6 This iPhone 13 Pro"?

I upgraded from an iPhone 6 to an iPhone 13 Pro. Now under AppleID, my devices shows "Iphone 6 This iPhone 13 Pro" instead of just "iPhone 13 Pro".

How do I fix this?

Open Settings > General > About and tap Name to edit your iPhone name.
