Any iPhone, iPad or recent Mac power adapter will work with the Mac.
If you have a previous Apple Watch its cable and charger will also work fine.
If you want to use the included cable and puck, but have no USB-C charger, you can get a USB to USB-C plug adapter or a USB-C charger for it.

My watch SE came with a usb-a and puck. Why can’t anyone just say what the power requirements for charging the watch SE are. The SE does not support fast charge.
You can use any power adapter with a USB port. One commonly used is the 5 watt that came with iPhones before the switch to USB-C. See: Apple 5W USB Power Adapter - Apple

Any USB charger will work. From an iPhone, iPad, Android or Microsoft device will work to charge the watch. 5watts or greater is fine.
