Issues while charging
I have recently bought iphone13, the issue that I am facing is my phone starts lagging while charging and sometimes the battery percentage automatically increases.

I understand that you are experiencing performance issues with your iPhone 13 while it is charging. I recommend the following:
- Ensure that you are using the cable that came with your iPhone to charge your iPhone 13.
- Ensure that you are using an approved charging adapter to charge your iPhone. Apple recommends that 20W USB-C charging adapter.
- Update your iPhone to iOS version 15.2 if you have not done so.
- Try and Force Restart your iPhone EXACTLY as shown below and see whether that resolves the issue:
- Press and quickly release Volume UP button
- Press and quickly release Volume DOWN button
- Press and Hold the SIDE button until an Apple logo appears and then release the Side button (Can take up to 20 seconds. (DO NOT release Side Button when invited to Slide Power OFF).
If none of the above recommendations resolve the issue, then I strongly recommend that you take advantage of Apple’s 1YR Limited Warranty and have your iPhone examined at the Apple Store or at an Autorized Service Center for further diagnosis and a resolution. You may also contact ➔ Apple Support
