MacBooks have a feature that starts the Mac up when the lid us lifted; it brings you to the login screen, not the desktop.
Is this what you're seeing? The login screen?
You can also set it to auto restart after a power failure. As soon as the power is restored, the Mac will startup. Maybe it's set to restart after a power failure and it is interpreting a shutdown as a power failure.

Have you shut it down or just closed the lid? Closing the lid puts it to sleep.
IN the night for example,i shut down the Mac them close the lip when the Mac is off,but when i open the Mac in the mourning is already on and i dont know for how many time....
