30 W USB-C Charger & Apple World Travel Adapter Kit

Is the 30W USB-C apple Charger that comes with Macbook Air compatible with the Apple World travel Adapter kit? I am confused Because I read from somewhere that it only works with 12 w charger. Need to confirm this Urgently, any kind information will be highly appreciated.

Can a Macbook Pro (2020) charger be used on Macbook Air (2020) My partner has a Macbook Pro 2020 which I think uses 61W USB‑C Power Adapter. I am considering buying Macbook Air 2020, which I can see says to use a different "30W USB‑C Power Adapter". Could a single power adapter be used for both these devices ? Is there a one size fits all when it comes to Apple power adapters for the latest macbooks ? Thank you.
